 How to keep oneself fit and fine till the last breath? This is a great challenge in front of every individual.  What pathy one should follow to keep one self fit? This is a big question and most of us are confused on this matter. In general , we have to do following things to have healthy life - 1.  Get proper diet. Diet is medicene. 2. Regular exercise. 3. Think of your lifestyle. 4. No medicene is the best policy. Most medicines have bad effects on our body. So avoids taking medicines. Movement is life and so we must practice regular exercise along with bragging exercise that is Pranayam. We have to do certain brain exercises as well. We have to practice devtaon things to keep our mind quite, call and happy. This, meeting all these points we have to make, revise our life style.

 Health is the most important factor in life of a man. To lead a comfortable happy life health is the first requirement. Health is not only related to human but it also means health of mind and intellect. Healthy condition of Body, mind and intellect may be called as total Health.
